Ingredients:

  • Handful of spinach or kale

  • Banana or apple

  • ½ cup microgreens (beet or clover)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 cup water or coconut water

How to make:
Blend until smooth. Refreshing, nutritious, and perfect for mornings!

Microgreens Omellette

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • Chopped onions, tomatoes, chilies

  • Microgreens (radish or mustard)

How to make:
Whisk eggs, mix in veggies and microgreens, cook on low heat. Serve with toast or rice.

Dal Tadka with Microgreens

Ingredients:

  • Any cooked dal (toor, moong)

  • Tempering with garlic, mustard, cumin

  • A handful of mustard or gongura microgreens
